Meet Our Founder
I started this agency in 2009 with a phone, a laptop, and 15 years of in-house recruitment experience. I had spent long enough watching agencies send the wrong candidates, miss deadlines, and charge fees they had not earned. I knew it could be done better because I had been on the receiving end of everything that was wrong with it.
Seventeen years later, we have placed over 3,000 candidates, built a team of 24 specialist consultants, and kept clients who signed up in year one. We are still independent, still privately owned, and still run by someone who actually worked in recruitment before deciding to sell it.

- Every client deserves a consultant who understands their sector, not just their job spec
